What is the return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns are processed at our facility in China, and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. Lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I get my order?
  • Order Handling Time (Processing): 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after Friday afternoon or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 5–9 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are typically sent via email 1-2 days after you place your order. You can use these details on our Track Your Order page to monitor your shipment's progress.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom. Additionally, all import duties and taxes are pre-paid by Elune, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
